So I bought this app, and it worked ok. The app has many good ideas. I used some hours to organize some thoughts in different mind maps that I was pretty happy with. Then… I installed OsX Sierra on my Mac… and everything was gone. Not only my mind maps, but the demo versions that came with the program too. The notebooks are there, but when you click on them the page is white. Was I throwing my money down the drain, or will this be fixed? And will it be fixed soon?
Exactly what happened here – all notebooks empty on Mac with Siera – content all gone, and no mention of an update – bit clumsy don’t you think? all other apps on Mac and iPad work fluently..
Yup, I have the same problem with all my work saved on the app with my exams having just started. Please sort it out or if you have access send me the documents I have saved there! Its urgent, I really need that work!
Please fix the OS X and iOS versions of this program. Absolutely NOTHING WORKS and all files and data are inaccessible. I feel sorry for the folks who have urgent need of their work. The lack of support for this app or any explanation about the problems from the MagicalPad developers (sort of an ironic name at this point) developer is absolutely inexcusable.
